Landscaping & Grass Cutting In Alvechurch

The chemical site before we worked with 4 Seasons consisted of un-kept trees and just two areas, an over grown shrubbery and a long stretch of canal bank. Over the years the over grown shrubbery have been thinned in depth and changed to lawns with dense low hedging and further new hedging added. and the low edging rails repainted and where necessary broken posts holding the rails have been replaced. This has created a safe environment for workers and visitors on the site and pedestrians walking past the site. Whilst increasing the wild life seen around the site. The canal bank vegetation was thinned and areas which were previously barren are now grassed and new hedges and trees are taking shape. Areas prone to wind damage on the site has been addressed by sympathetically planting new areas to break up the effect of the wind, the rear car park previously prone to weeds is now treated just twice a year and mainly weed free. The trees on the site where unsafe have been removed and new trees planted, those kept have been reshaped and thinned. This has improve their health whilst increasing visibility , security and light around the site. In the offices planting arrangements have been added to improve the office environment. Although this has increased considerably the gardens around the site, the maintenance costs has only slightly increased over time as new areas have been designed to keep maintenance to a minimum. 4 Seasons have greatly improved the site and we have regular site walks with Neil to discuss their work and future ideas for further improvements to the site. 4 Seasons have been a reliable partner and have always found a way of fulfilling our ideas.
